Hagen Helm
Hagen Helm has spent his career leading operations, supply chains and performance improvement in demanding international environments.
His experience includes senior roles with Mercedes-Benz High Performance Powertrains, Rolls-Royce and GE, together with CEO, COO, interim and advisory roles across many aerospace, defence and industrial organisations. He has also served on the boards of commercial and defence companies.
The common thread has been operational performance: understanding what prevents organisations from delivering, establishing the right priorities and translating decisions into practical execution.
